Countdown over – the 53rd African National Congress (ANC) Conference, which was scheduled to begin at 08:30 this morning, is yet to commence at University of the Free State in Mangaung.
ANC delegates from all over the country are still making their way to the main marquee where most of the sessions are going to take place.
The atmosphere on the campus has already shifted from slight motion towards a political buzz and commotion where delegates are expressing their views both visually and vocally.
We managed to have one-on-one conversations with a few of the delegates upon their arrival regarding their dress code and expectations.
